Today a groundbreaking was held for the ParkEast Lot 23 Shell Buildings in Goldsboro, NC. The event was attended by representatives from Wayne County, North Carolina Global TransPark Economic Development Region, Jackson Builders Inc. Wayne County Development Alliance, its board members, investors, and other elected officials and special guests.
The two shell buildings are to be built on the 34.3 acre Lot 23 within the ParkEast Industrial Park. The shell buildings are to be 50K sf and 30K sf with 35 ft high ceiling heights. Shell buildings of this size are in high demand as existing and new industries are looking to meet their growing manufacturing needs in eastern North Carolina.
The sites are cleared and ready for the new buildings and we are excited to see this project get underway!
